Everyone wants to get quality
work at the least cost. Some attorneys advertise a low-ball figure then change
a lot more after they get you into the office. Others will find ways to charge
extra after doing the preliminary work. Some are not very good attorneys. You
do not want to go to these attorneys, but how do you find out before you commit?
You must find out. The way to do
it is to ask friends, neighbors, attorneys, bankers, loan officers. You will be
surprised at how many will talk about their experience. Ask how much was
advertised and how much paid.
I am proud of my reputation. I
have filed over 4000 bankruptcies and have talked to at least a thousand more
families and have given them good advice. You will not have difficulty finding
one of my satisfied clients.
My prices are fixed. If I have
to charge you more I will justify it to your
satisfaction.
●Chapter 7- My fee is
$800.00 the court cost is $299.00 for a total of $1099.00.
●Chapter 13- My fee is
$2500.00 the court cost is $274.00 for a total of $2774.00
