I Have Retired !
I am no longer taking new cases and will
be finishing up previous work until December, 2008. I have
enjoyed helping you and over 5,000 other people obtain financial
relief over the years. This website will remain for a while
because it contains information you need to plan for your
financial future - with, instead of, and after - bankruptcy.
Bankruptcy became suddenly more complex in
October, 2005. Some attorneys have continued to dabble in
bankruptcy without understanding the changes. Please ask around
about the reputation of attorneys before you choose.
I have chosen Mike Logan to take over my
practice because of his knowledge, experience and compassion. He
has an outstanding reputation in the legal community and with
the thousands of clients he has served over the years. You can

Welcome to my website. I am sorry you are in such misery that you
needed to look for it. I hope you find the answers to your questions
about bankruptcy as a tool for reinventing your life.
The first answer is YES, you can file bankruptcy and get rid of most of your
debts including payday loans and credit cards. When you are in debt, there is a point of no return past which you cannot
hope to recover. You can tell the point when you cannot recover. It is
when you go deeper into debt every month without hope of breaking even. It is foolish and dangerous to continue to struggle after
you lose hope.It is not your fault. There are
indicators of who will file bankruptcy:
 | Illness (with or without insurance) |
 | Job loss |
 | Divorce |
 | Children - married parents file bankruptcy twice as often a non-parents -
single parents file twice as often as the married parents |
 | credit cards with predatory default policies. (For more info, go to
Profits) |
 | Predatory mortgages. |
You are not alone. Abe Lincoln said "God must
love poor people, He made so many of them".
Bankruptcy is not bad. Congress would not have
provided for bankruptcy if it were wrong or if it were not needed. Forgiveness
of debt is taught in The Old and New Testaments, specifically: the Lords
Prayer, Matthew, Chapter 7, the parable of the ungrateful servant and
Jubilees. If God is for it who can be against it? For more information see
Bible & Bankruptcy,
It is my mission to help my clients through difficult
financial times by providing outstanding legal representation and compassion
in bankruptcy actions. My clients know that because I am focused and
responsive to their needs and desired outcomes; I exceed their expectations.
The law firm you choose makes a difference. I can help protect you and
your family. I am a bankruptcy attorney helping people find debt
relief through the Bankruptcy Act.
